Biography

The Story
Music has been part of Raphaël Pathé's world from the beginning. At three, hearing the futuristic synthesizers of Space's ‘Magic Fly’ during a school performance was a revelation. Growing up surrounded by French chanson, ABBA and a mother who sang and played guitar, he was soon staging shows with friends at home and on the stage of his grandfather's old ballroom.
His name carries its own musical history. A descendant of the famous Pathé family, pioneers of both cinema and recorded sound, Raphaël comes from a lineage that helped transform entertainment into a worldwide industry.
At nineteen in London, Raphaël made his first recording while immersing himself in the city's nightlife. He later began vocal training in Paris, wrote songs and built an international career as a DJ, performing from London, Paris and Ibiza to Barcelona, Los Angeles, Doha and Santiago de Chile.
Today, Raphaël Pathé is a singer, songwriter, recording artist and DJ, bringing together French classics, Aristo Sonics originals and funk, pop-rock and dance interpretations. His world sits somewhere between the dance floor and the silver screen — glamorous, emotional, nostalgic and unmistakably international.
